 Currently, CS-Map will always be installed in the default location because
 we don't have a configuration option for it.

 The three options are:
  - expose CS-Map in the UI and allow the user to configure the location
  - create an additional screen for the user to select the base
 INSTALLLOCATION
  - create a top-level component that allows the user to select the base
 ISNTALLLOCATION from the feature tree.

 I prefer the third option.
