 After successful installation, Mapguide Site Administrator does not want
 to start, no login, nothing. I get "The specified module could not be
 found." when I go to http://127.0.0.1/mapguide/mapadmin/login.php login
 page. I didn't have this problem on previews versions of MG.
 Installation on windows XP, IIS 6.0, .Net configuration
