 It is possible to specify a feature URL using an anchor tag (e.g., <a
 href="...">text</a>; if you want something quick to try use '<a
 href="http://mapguide.osgeo.org">MGOS</a>') and the nice short text shows
 up in the tooltip.  But if you then ctrl-click as the tooltip says, the
 URL fails to show.
