 The CoordinateSystem API needs to be updated to reflect the addition of
 three new projection variations implemented within CS-MAP to resolve CS-
 MAP ticket #42.  CS-MAP Ticket #42 implements the Popular Visulation
 Mercator variation of the STandard Mercator.  It is this projection which
 is used by Google Earth and others when delivering graphic data over the
 web.
