#1091: SpatialContextAssociation in Raster property lost while describeSchema

 The spacial context association should be get from Geometric property and
 Raster property, but currently we can just get the
 SpatialContextAssociation from Geometric property. The
 SpatialContextAssociation in Raster property losted.
 This defect will affected the DescribeSchema and DescribeSchemaForXML
 command, the excution result of these two command just get partial spacial
 context associations.
