 Trevor has started putting together the HTTP documentation on our wiki at
 http://trac.osgeo.org/mapguide/wiki/HttpApi.  Zac suggested "perhaps we
 can link to these pages from the test pages or embed them in an iframe?"

 I think this is a good idea and am adding it as an enhancement so that we
 don't lose this.
