 Using Maestro v3.0.0.5334, create an SHP Load Procedure. Then try to click
 on the button in the "transformation" section, to adjust the coord
 system....it doesn't work - it just does nothing. This had worked in 2.x,
 although the coord system chosen tended to get ignored anyway.
