 Sorry for the generic subject - but I'm trying to cram in 2 bugs here,
 really...

 In v3.0.0.5334, edit a map, switch to "layers by drawing order" and then
 select a layer and use the up/down arrows. The item selected will deselect
 after each press, meaning you have to reselect the item before each press.

 An additional bug in this spot (or maybe just missing feature, to date):
 it seems as though you can drag layers here, but you can't actually seem
 to change the order. It won't actually allow the layer to be dropped
 anywhere on this screen.
