 With current build of Maestro from trunk (eg ZIP deployment), after
 launching the Runtime map viewer, the menu to launch the MgCooker is then
 always associated with the Runtile map viewer.

 Too much copy/paste variable reuse?

 Workaround is to launch MgCooker.exe from outwith Maestro.
