 I'm using winXP SP3 and Maestro SVN r6735

 Doing a build.bat -a=clean and a build.bat, file
 OSGeo.MapGuide.MaestroAPI.Http.dll is not copied in out/Release directory.

 This leads to a "Failed to register provider Maestro.http" error trying to
 connect via http.

 Copying that file (and its .pcb) from sdk/bin solves the issue.
