 "legendless" themes are where a Layer Definition has one style rule, but
 whose line/point/area symbolization is driven by FDO stylization functions
 (namely the LOOKUP() expression function).

 Using the same theming UI, Maestro should support generating the
 equivalent LOOKUP() expression for certain style properties
