 Currently, you can double-click on a layer in the Layers by Group list and
 it opens the Layer Definition editor for that layer. It would be nice if
 this functionality were explicitly exposed as a link from the Layer
 Properties pane.

 Ideally, this would match the UI of the Layer Definition editor: blue
 arrow next to the feature source browser that takes you to the current
 feature source's editor.
