 We call reloadMap() in order to update the legends panel after a layer is
 dynamically added/remove. This fails when Google Maps in enabled in the
 background.

 Steps to reproduce:

 - Open Sheboygan SlateCommecial flexible layout.
 - Issue the call Fusion.getWidgetById('Map').reloadMap() in the browser
 console.
 - Verify that map panning stops working (freezes) and the Fusion error
 below is displayed.
 - You may recover from the error with a refresh operation.

 Error Details:
 Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'y' of null
