 The SHOWLAYERS,HIDELAYERS,SHOWGROUPS and HIDEGROUPS parameters for
 GETMAPIMAGE do nothing because these parameters expect a comma-separated
 list of object ids, which when you're rendering off of a Map Definition
 and not an MgMap (where you could then walk its layers and groups for
 their object ids), you would never ever know that object ids to pass up.
