 When doing a QUERYMAPFEATURES request, if PERSIST=0 it will throw a
 MgUnclassifiedException. This makes transient QUERYMAPFEATURES requests
 impossible (eg. You want to "select" features in an area without actually
 modifying the server-side selection)
