Comment:

 MgCreateSdfParams does not exist as of MapGuide 3.0. It was removed as
 part of [wiki:MapGuideRfc139]

 The fix is to replace all instances of MgCreateSdfParams in your code with
 MgFileFeatureSourceParams using "OSGeo.SDF" as the provider name
