 When generating XYZ TileSets the generation/transformation fails when minx
 exceeds [-180, 180]

 It may be related to the MapGuide Maestro fix "LL84 bounding box
 transformation failing if it exceeds [-180, -90, 180, 90]" in Release
 6.0m11 (6.0.0.473)
