Loading an 8 GB SDF+ file

I'm trying to create a package in Studio to load the TIGER Roads for the US. The resultant SDF file is right at 8 GB. I have tried on 2 different servers - both with lots of ram and disk space and I get the same error:

"Specified argument was out of the range of valid values. Parameter name: size"

Any one know of a setting that would affect this?
