Any work being done on fixing MS IE KB912945

Microsoft has deployed a "security" patch which forces you to "click to
activate" any ActiveX control before you can use it. It is exceptionally
annoying. Naturally, this affects the DWF Viewer.  It also affects the
legend and property pane.  If you havent already dealt with it, you can see

Has anyone looked at implementing the workaround? Can someone log this as an
artifact?
