I believe your problem was fixed recently.

multi-line labels.  The text rotation was not being correctly account

Ok I've just discovered something else.
 
It seems the DWF viewer just places the newline'd text vertically below
instead of being relative to the positioned text.
 
Hard to describe. Attached images explain better.
