Well.
I tried to repair the web extensions but had no success
I played with the path statement (moved around the order), rebooted, tested,
no success
I moved the c:\php and c:\php\ext stuff to the end of the path, rebooted,
tested, no success
I removed c:\php and c:\php\ext from the path, rebooted, tested, no success
So.
I decided to really remove everything then reload. I did this once already
but didn't completely remove everything.
Uninstalled MapGuide Server Extensions and then MapGuide Server
Ran a registry cleaner
Rebooted
Deleted mapguide folders from hdd
Removed all IIS virtual directories that I had created.
Removed all PATH variables for PHP ane MGOS
Rebooted
Uninstalled all autocad stuff - studio, and viewer(s)
Uninstalled PHP - Walt had noticed two installs of PHP so I figured it would
be good to get rid of the old one I had from MapServer Enterprise
Rebooted
Ran registry cleaner again
Deleted all associated Registry keys from registry
Rebooted
Re-installed from the beginning.
SUCCESS!
Thanks for all of your help!
Best Regards,

Looks like you have two PHP installations on your machine - the MapGuide one
and one in C:\PHP. The latter has precedence in your path. What version is
that PHP? Could it possibly be interfering with the MG version of PHP? If
you move the MG path entries (C:\Program Files\MapGuideOpenSource\...)
higher up does that have any effect?

Jason, I fixed the path as well as moved items around in the path, rebooted,
tested again and again, but nothing seems to fix that error.
Line 19 of the utilityfunctions.aspx is the line that is breaking.
<%@ Import Namespace="OSGeo.MapGuide" %>
is this a resource? Should I be looking at a specific file that has this
resource? And its path?

The depends error looks to me to be a red herring.
C:\ProgramFiles\MapGuideOpenSource\WebServerExtensions\www\mapviewernet\bin
Is the missing space in "Program Files" really there?

Alain, thanks for the info. I downloaded the newest depends.exe and ran it.
Everything else looked good.
System path :
%SystemRoot%\system32;
%SystemRoot%;
%SystemRoot%\System32\Wbem;
C:\Program Files\ATI Technologies\ATI Control Panel;
C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\80\Tools\Binn\;
C:\PHP;
C:\PHP\ext;
C:\Program Files\MapGuideOpenSource\WebServerExtensions\Php;
C:\Program Files\ZipGenius 6\;
C:\ProgramFiles\MapGuideOpenSource\WebServerExtensions\www\mapviewernet\bin
This is what the depends program resulted - its foreign to me.
