Error Message

Trying to use ASP.NET samples. When navigating to
http://localhost/mapguide/mapviewerajax/ajaxviewer.aspx?WEBLAYOUT=Librar
y://ATest.WebLayout, 
 
I get the following error: Error in base64DecodeInvalid length for a
Base-64 char array
 
What's up with this?
