error providers

My name is oscar im fron to argentina, im work whith gis system.
Sorry for my english, i have problems install mapgide open source in windows
system + apache, my problem is the conection providers the list is empty.
im check the paths in the .ini but not work
my S.O. is in spanish is it afect??
