Thank you so much for sharing this. It is really helpful. By following your
idea, I also found:

Alternatively,  you can also use the short path
"c:\PROGRA~1\MAPGUI~1\WEBSER~1\www\mapagent\ISAPI_~1.dll"  as the required
file path for mapagent  extension named in  IIS Manager>>Web Service
Extensions folder.

As long as the paths for the mapagent Web Service Extension and for the
.fcgi extension in mapagent virtual directory in IIS are identical, it
should work.
