Display Measurement in Feet rather than Miles

Hi,
Does anyone know if there is a flag that you can change to display the 
US Measurement from Miles to Feet?
Looking at the templ files, it appears it only allows Miles or Km right 
now?  Is that correct?
Any help on this would be appreciated.
