That's right, I had forgotten. Andrew DeMerchant put a PHP script together

That code was developed, in part, for a client and I do not have the
authority to give away the source code. I can tell you the rough coding
steps:
-Grab the selection XML
-Query the original feature source using the feature ID's from the selection
XML using the FDO API
-Retrieve from the query results the key that makes sense to you and your
data
-Pass your key values to your external report
-Your external report then queries the pertinent database tables to produce
the final report
