In MG 1.0.2 provider connection, schemas are cached. So memory should go
up little bit but not all the time.

Perhaps you could try to disable caching for this providers ( in
serverconfig.ini)
and then you can test again.

I will test it further tomorrow.

Subject: [mapguide-users] Memory Leasks

I am definately seeing memory leaks in both the ODBC.R071 provider and
the King Oracle Provider (0.3.3) under OpenSource v1.0.2. Not sure about
other versions. However, I can watch the memory of my server
consistently jack up as I cruise around in the MapGuide studio layer
preview window. The leaks appears to be proportional to the
number/complexity of features displayed and not a "fixed loss", as far
as I can tell.

I am not seeing any leaks with the SDF provider.
