Server Error, unable to connect to fastcgi server

Hi,

 

 

I upgraded our windows server to 1.0.1, but now sometimes I get this
error:

 

Server Error, unable to connect to fastcgi server

 

 

What is causing this? In version 1.0 this never happened... but then
again, in 1.0 the sites sometimes didn't even load.

 

It would be great if somebody knew what is causing this.
