Hi,
You can't create or edit a weblayout with Web Studio, however if you
don't have the commercial studio application (or the preview version
available from Autodesk) you can use the mapagent application included
with the web extensions to manipulate an existing one.
1. load http://localhost:8008/mapguide/mapagent and perform a
getresourcecontent operation on the weblayout included with the
Sheboygan sample data set.
2. Save the XML source using your web browser.
3. Edit the XML in a text editor so that the MapDefinition reference
points to your own map.
4. Use Mapagent's setresourcecontent to put the modified file in the repository.
