An exception occurred in FDO component. The Oracle runtime was not found (module OCI.dll)

I keep getting this error of being unable to connect to Oracle when I try to establish a connection with Studio.
 
When I work from the server, it does find the Oracle tables.
 
This is my first attempt at setting up a connection, any help will be appreciated.
