[mapguide-users] Unable to start mgserver.exe service on windows 2003

Unable to start the mgserver.exe service on ‘windows 2003 SiteServer’, the
service starts and then stops, lunching an unknown Error massage. When I try
to run the mgserver from command line I get the massage:

“Server starting . . . “
“Proj4 coordinate system library”
“Port 2801 is not availibale pleas try using different port  . . “ 

I’m using MGOS 1.1.0 inviroment 

My Q are 
1.	what protocol dose it need – TCP or UDP
2.	dose anyone know what this port are used for & would I need to open any
other ports.
3.	where can I find documentation  on those  subjects
