[mapguide-users] Where to backup files?

Hi all

I would like some advice on backing up files please. I have created a
weblayout with all the various layers in Studio. I know that the data goes
into the repositries folder but where is the actual layout stored?

I would like to backup individual projects rather than backing up the whiole
of the mapguide folder. 

Does anybody have any advice?
