[mapguide-users] WMS GetFeatureInfo Available Only If Visble At Full Scale?

The only way I can get MapGuide OS 1.2.0 RC2 to return data on a  
GetFeatureInfo request is if the layer includes at least one Style scale  
range that has a max of Infinity. If the max scale range is anything less  
than that GetFeatureInfo does not return data for that layer, no matter  
closely the map is zoomed in.

Are others seeing this behavior? Is this by design? or is it a bug?
