All,
For anyone that is interested you are already aware that the
DwgLoadProcedure is broken. Even if you hookup to the events you cannot
select / deselect Display Manager Maps. So you end up with the default that
includes “Map Base”.
To the point if you would like my source for iterating a directory of dwg’s
extracting the AcquisitionCriteriaString, the dwf plot and the extents. Send
me an email: djonio AT Miami-airport DOT com.
You will have to modify it for your environment but it should be fairly easy
for you to do. It certainly does not rival DETE but it does do the job for
us.
Yes, it only works within the Map3d (2007 – I have not tried with 2008 but
should work) context.
In addition I have some stuff for extracting and iterating already defined
Load procedures. The overall idea being 1) DWG Drawing Source Load procedure
gets defined - One time by hand 2) Extract the Load Procedure XML, 3) Build
the dwf’s 4) Do a fixup of the XML ( I need a MapDefinition for my Zoom
functions). 4) Use DWF load procedure for MGOS update.
