Hi Joel,
It should work with 9.2. I will check about spatial predicate as you
mantioned.
I think I read in this mailing list that there is a problem with 9.1, I
haven't tested 9.1 but I will do that also.

I'm using a 10.2 Oracle Client. However, I connected to a Oracle 9.2
database. Is this supported?

Which Oracle Client do you use? OC 10.2 is required for KingOracle. Read
this

I suspect I found the problem. The problem only occurs on layers
using
the Oracle 9.2 instance. Our 10g instance works as expected.

Hi Joel,
I'm using King.Oracle provider 0.5.1 and the MGOS 1.1.0
without any
problems. I made SQL trace and found that this provider
uses spatial
predicate SDO_ANYINTERACT.
I also upgraded MGOS 1.0.1 with this one (1.1.0) which
uses FDO 3.2 and
it
works same for me.

Yes. I got a squeaky clean and new version of
everything. No problems
with layer setup or anything like that. However,
when I go and try and
view the map.... Everything just tanks. Oracle
logs show that there is
no spatial predicate on table

Did you get the latest version of the
provider (version 0.5.1) which is
based on FDO 3.2 which is what MGOS
1.1.0 is now using?

I have upgraded to Mapguide 1.1 and
found that my King Oracle Provider
is
no
longer working properly. It does not
appear to be applying a spatial
predicate on map requests, and thus
quickly bog down with the volume of
data
returned. Anyone experinced similair
problems? Am I missing something?
