Hi Gupteshwar,
 
If you see the error
 
Syntax error: Bad fd number
 
trying changing the first line of the script(Thirdparty.sh)  from
 
#!/bin/sh 
 
to
 
#!/bin/bash

	Thanks Jack Lee for instant reply.
	Appending  bash to the command to run thirdparty script could make it run , which was giving some error at start itself.
	But still the error not been cleared I see the same kind of error after some processing. 
	some bottom lines of processing .
	
	./Thirdparty.sh: 27: Syntax error: Bad fd number
	make[1]: Entering directory `/home/gupteshwar/OpenSource_FDO/Thirdparty'
	make[1]: *** No rule to make target `apache/xml-xalan/c/lib/libxalan-
	c.so.17.0', needed by `all-am'.  Stop.
	make[1]: Leaving directory `/home/gupteshwar/OpenSource_FDO/Thirdparty'
	make: *** [install-recursive] Error 1
