[mapguide-users] RE: MySQL FDO not working in Studio

The libmysql.dll isn't needed by Studio, it is needed by the server. You can either modify your system path to include the mysql directory containing the dll or copy the dll to the FDO folder under the server install. This is only required on Windows.

Give that a try.

This looks like the same problem with ARCSDE FDO the names of the dlls changed between releases and now the fdo won't work.
Not certain, but it is a possibility.

I haven't found any mysql.dll library in the MySQL 5 directory. Did you mean libMySQL.dll? Anyway, I copied it into the FDO and it had no effect. I get the same empty warnings in Studio.
Any other ideas?
Thanks
