[mapguide-users] How to enable markup using Design review

I have installed the design review software instead of the dwf viewer.
When using mapguide with dwf i don't have access to the markup tools.
If i open the about command, it tells me that i'm really using the "design
review"

So my question is "How to enable markup using Design review in mapguide"
