[mapguide-users] List behaviour change

Hi all,

Due to ongoing problems with fragmented conversations, accidental
replies to sender only, etc, this list has been changed to a
reply-to-list behaviour.

This means that if you want to reply to the original sender, you will
have to explicitly modify your email before sending.
