[mapguide-users] Preliminary MrSID and ECW Support

Well, I think the .ecw repositories files is not valid, and I need to create
a new Data and Layer calling the .ecw outside the repositories. 

Anyway the plugin works fine on the spanish OS version too.

Note: Would you like to publish in the wiki page of the proyect a tutorial
to compile the sources and generate the necesary .dlls?
