[mapguide-users] Example configuration for mapguide on apache/linux?

I am a little concerned with keeping apache up to date.  The current version
is 2.2.x while the apt installer has 2.0.x iirc.
Redoing the OS really isn't an option ATM.  Can anyone provide the samples
or provide info on where they reside within the apt installer package?
