[mapguide-users] MrSid images not displaying

I resolved this issue.  Simply, upgrading to RC2 fixed it, now my MrSid
images display.  Not that straight-forward, of course, still need to update
all of the DLLs, etc.

I hadn't read anything stating that the GDAL MrSid DLLs don't work with
earlier releases, unless I missed it?  No matter, I can move forward with
this release.
