[mapguide-users] how to disable the request of Username & Password in a specific web layout

You can also add &USERNAME=Anonymous&PASSWORD= to your URL query string to
emulate whatever user password you want. Keep in mind this is not a real
secret to the public. Using the Anonymous is fine though. I would stay away
from Admin or Author.
