[mapguide-users] [Web Studio!] help

As far as I know, there are currently no free tools to edit a weblayout.

You can modify the Xml for a weblayout yourself.
You can get a weblayout by either loading the sample package, or using 
the 30 day trial of MapGuide Studio.
