[mapguide-users] About tooltip on marker

I think what you have to do is modify the underlying LayerDefinition xml of
that push pin layer to incorporate your caption. (You want to seek out the
<ToolTip></ToolTip> portion of the xml, insert your caption there, and save
the modified xml)
