I got the mistake when I do the make install for the mapguide-1.1.0, the
following is the error:

make install
....

Finally the default mapguideopensource folder only have the folder as
follow:
[root at localhost mapguideopensource]# ls
bin include lib man share webserverextensions
The /usr/local/mapguideopensource/server/bin wasn't compilied.

The System is following configuration:
CentOS45
gcc (GCC) 3.4.6 20060404 (Red Hat 3.4.6-8)
Install Apache, PHP, Tomcat (mapguideaptinstaller-1.1.0.tar.gz)
fdo-3.2.0
MapGuide -1.1.0

I only found that the system gcc version is 3.4.6, but the instruction need
the gcc 3.2.3 or 4.0.2. I have attached the installation procedure for you
to trace any mistake I did! :)
