[mapguide-users] RC2 Rasters

Chris,

I am running RC2 with MrSID files and it seems to work well.  I did find
that deleting the gdal dlls helped when I was having problems.  Try
applying the 1.1 release of the MrSid dll and then the 1.2 GDAL dlls.

Sorry I was out of the office yesterday.

 

I had applied the dll but that didn't seem to work so I went back to the
version that came with RC2.  

 

What needs to be done to get this working again?

MrSID will not work with the version of FDO (3.2.2) distributed with
MapGuide because of a missing export in libgeotiff under ThirdParty.
Have you re-applied the gdal dll, linked to from this site?

BTW, my understanding is that this is what needs to change in the
fdo/ThirdParty repository to support MrSID.  It's apparently been
applied against FDO trunk, but not 3.2.x

I'm using Mr. Sid Files.  Over a couple MB in size.  I get a successful
connection in Studio but nothing in my map.

 

Do you want one of the files I'm trying to use or what are you looking
for.
