If I understand correctly MySQL is on your local machine whose IP
address keeps changing?

Can you try using 127.0.0.1 as the IP address to your MySQL instance?

Thankyou for helping once again. Actually my problem is MySQL and
mapguide
connection (FDO). My computer generate IP Address Dyanmically when
computer
generates new IP Address then Previous created Layers not display and
generate ERROR!! 

An exception occurred in FDO component.
RDBMS: Can't connect to MySQL server on '102.168.1.13' (10060) 

Please help me. Anayway to assign MySQL server IP addres Dyanmically ?
