[mapguide-users] Problem installing MGOS 1.2

I think this is a false error, I see depends.exe complain about that
file all the time when it's not really a problem. It must be something
else that is causing your problem.

Dependency walker reports about DWMAPI.DLL missing.
Where can I get this file from ?
