Hi,
Arbitrary X-Y Coordinates is ok.
I suppose you have tried to set up initial view extent in Map manually ?
With Fdo2Fdo you can see which extent will be send to MapGuide ("Fdo
Toolbox - Fdo Spatial Contexts" ).
Are you able to read data with Fdo2Fdo "Fdo Toolbox - Fdo Class Data" ?
In version 0.6.2 there was a problem with compound polygons with
multiple consecutive arcs which I have fixed ( yet to release), but most
of line and polygon types should be displayed.
If you send me sample of your data (dmp file) I can look into it.

Subject: [mapguide-users] King Oracle: geometry does not display
Hi,
We have made a connection using King Provider for Oracle (version 0.6.2)
in
MapGuide Studio. The Feature Class looks OK, we can create a layer and
add
it to a map without any errors. But we cannot see any geometry, either
in
preview or in the viewer. We have tried both linear and polygon data. I
have
also looked at the data using Fdo2Fdo and the SDO Metadata DIM INFO
looks
OK. The coordinate system is *XY-M* (Arbitrary X-Y Coordinates
(Meters)).
Can that be a problem?
Regards,
